These terms apply to your use of hugrtech.com.au and the pages we send you, and to HuGR agents installed in your systems, including our Microsoft Teams apps. By using them you agree to these terms.
Our services are covered by an agreement
When we build or run an agent for your business, the work is covered by a signed agreement with you. If that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement wins. Our Teams apps and agents are only for organisations that have an agreement with us.
The website and sample pages
- Information on this site is general. It is not professional, legal, engineering or financial advice.
- Sample pages and demos use example or anonymised jobs to show how our agents work. They are not a quote and do not describe your project.
- Figures such as page counts and times are from real runs, but results depend on the documents and systems involved.
Using AI output
Our agents help your people do their work. They do not replace professional judgement. Your team is responsible for checking output such as scopes, quote comparisons, letters, notices and registers before relying on it or sending it, unless your agreement with us says otherwise.
Your data
Your documents and data stay yours. We use them only to provide the service to you and never to train AI models. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, our sample pages and our software belong to HuGR. You may view and share them for evaluating our services, but not copy, resell or reverse engineer them. Ownership of anything we build for you is set out in your agreement with us.
Acceptable use
Do not use our site or agents to break the law, to attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access, or to interfere with how they run.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or sample pages, and our liability for services is as set out in your agreement with us.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
